Are the prices final?

Yes! All the prices are final (VAT is already included).

How quickly I will receive the books?

In average it takes 2-6 weeks to fulfill the orders. For urgent orders you can use DHL or UPS service. This will add 32,00 EUR shipping charge. If books are out of stock or not yet published, then it might take a bit longer to fulfill the orders.

How do I know when the books arrive?

We will let you know by e-mail, by phone or by post.

How I will receive the book?

The books will be sent to you according to your instructions

Can I return the books?

Yes, but you have to contact us firstly before placing the order. Most of the books are returnable to the publisher, but we have to check this book by book. Defective books will be replaced or we will refund you the money.

If the same book has differend prices, then which price is correct?

The price difference comes from the binding (hardback, paperback), or where the book is publisher (UK or USA)

Which discounts you offer?

All the ISIC and ITIC card owners will receive 5% discount from all the orders. All the resellers will receive 10% discount. There is also a special discount for larger orders. Please contact us.
