Now, 20 years later, Kate sends out out hundreds of gift boxes daily from the picturesque Brownie Barns in Reynoldston, Gower. Kate is known for her commitment to quality, sustainability, and local sourcing, and her brownies have become a symbol of heartfelt gifting and culinary excellence. In her spare time, Kate contributes to the Welsh food industry as a board member of the Abergavenny Food Festival, using her expertise to guide its growth.
