It covers history, theories, and skills, and how counseling psychology is unique with its focus on human strength, wellness, career development, cultural diversity, and social justice. Readers will gain exposure to the diverse careers and work settings with a counseling psychology degree. I love how the book uses real life examples and self-reflection exercises.
