Wei Ding, Ph.D., is a senior digital product strategist and program manager with more than 30 years of experience in user experience design, omnichannel communications, and consumer online behavior. She is currently leading the digital product team at the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), overseeing the ideation, design, and development of all consumer-facing digital products. Dr. Ding has a Ph.D. in Information Science from the University of Maryland and a B.S. and M.S. from Peking (Beijing) University. She has published a number of research papers and articles and is a frequent speaker at professional conferences and industry forums.





Xia Lin, Ph.D., is a Professor in the College of Computing and Informatics at Drexel University. He has a Ph.D. in Information Science from the University of Maryland at College Park and a Master of Librarianship from Emory University at Atlanta. His major research areas include information visualization, information retrieval, knowledge organization, and digital stewardship. Dr. Lin has published more than 120 research papers and received significant research grants from federal agencies and industries.





Michael Zarro, Ph.D., is a strategy and design executive with over 20 years experience building innovation, research, product development, design thinking, and user experience (UX) capabilities in organizations from startups to Fortune 500. He currently leads a global team focused on AI, automation, and usability at Phenom, a late-stage technology startup. Dr. Zarro has a Ph.D. in Information Science and an MSLIS from Drexel University. He has published several research papers and articles, and presents his work at conferences and industry events.
