Bill Mokin has been a teacher for 35 years and worked with students of all ages from pre-school to adult. He has taught physical education to students with disabilities/special needs for 16 years and has been recognized as the special education/inclusion authority by the the elementary physical education team in the Issaquah School District in Washington, US.
