Jonathan Kroll is a leadership educator and entrepreneur. He began his career in higher education (Student Affairs) by focusing on leadership development, community engagement, and reflection initiatives. He has co-founded two leadership training businesses and, during the last decade, has facilitated hundreds of leadership workshops, retreats, trainings, and conference presentations to thousands of participants across four continents. Jonathan serves as the Program Director and Assistant Teaching Professor in the Professional Leadership Studies program at the University of Rhode Island. He also founded and serves as the Executive Director and a Master Trainer for Leadership Trainera Boston-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that focuses exclusively and explicitly on trainer preparation.Jonathan earned a PhD from Fielding Graduate University in Leadership with a focus in Group Mentoring.
