Madhu Arora is an Associate Professor cum research area chair Marketing at Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies, Delhi (Affiliated to GGSIP University). They have experience of more than 16 years of teaching, Published research in inder science ABDC journals, Springer and Elsevier as well as business Magazine like SME world and conferences including IIT Roorkee, IIM Indore and Royal University of Bhutan. Invited as session chair/ expert in national and international conferences. Served as convener of workshops, FDPs and conferences. Appointed as reviewer/editor in reputed journals. Appointed co-supervisor by Lingayas university for PhD research guidance. Dr. Madhu Arora is awarded for teaching, research and global engagement.

Poonam Khurana is an Associate Professor (Management- HR and OB) at Vivekanada Institute of Professional Studies. Dr. Poonam has been a Gold Medalist in the field of Psychology, qualified UGC-NET and also been awarded Doctorate in Organisational Behaviour from University of Delhi. She endures a work experience of 16 years She has published one text book and 3 Edited books and over 40 articles/ research papers in national and international journals of repute; she has been the Editor and Reviewer in reputed journals (Inderscience and Emerald reputed journals). She has also been invited as session chair/ expert in national and international conferences.

Sonam Choiden is the President of Gedu College of Business Studies, Royal University of Bhutan. She is the first and only female president in the Royal University of Bhutan currently serving as the member of the University Council as well as the University Academic Board. Sonam also serves as an Executive Board Director for Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia (AMDISA); Board Director for Construction Development Corporation Ltd; Chairperson for Subject committee (Accountancy & Commerce) for the Royal Education Council; Board Audit Committee member for CDCL. Sonam has 24 years of experience in teaching, research and leadership in Industry-Academia collaboration & cooperation.
