This book presents the papers included in the proceedings of the 8th International Conference of Reliable Information and Communication Technology 2025 (IRICT 2025) held at the Faculty of Sciences Ain Chock Casablanca, Hassan II University (Morocco) on November 2526, 2025. IRICT 2025 is organized by Hassan II University (Morocco), Birmingham City University (UK), Big Data Center in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (Malaysia), Faculty of Engineering, Karabük University (Turkey), AI Smart Solution Lab, College of AI Convergence, Sejong University (South Korea), Yemeni Scientists Research Group (YSRG), and Association for Information SystemsMalaysia Chapter (MyAIS). IRICT 2025 serves as a forum for the presentation of technological advances in the field of Information and Communication Technology. The main theme of the conference is Smart and Secure Computing: AI, Health, and IoT Applications. Volume 1 includes 26 peer-reviewed papers that discuss several research topics such as Health Informatics, Artificial Intelligence, Soft Computing, Data Science, Big Data Analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), Intelligent Communication Systems, Cyber Security, and Information Systems. These papers were presented in three parallel sessions during the two conference days.
