Michael Madrusan has worked in bars in London and New York and left New Yorks Milk & Honey to open The Everleigh bar in partnership with Sasha Petraske in Melbourne Australia. Michael was nominated for International Bartender of the Year at Tales of Cocktail in New Orleans.
