The second edition of "Bravo!: Practice and Revision for French GCSE" provides extensive, graded practice to match the specifications, modelled on the tasks being set in the examination from 2003. It is designed to enable candidates to achieve the highest possible grade. The tasks and rubrics in the second edition represent the full range of task types and level of difficulty that candidates should find in their GCSE papers. The use of English in the rubrics of certain tasks is modelled closely on the awarding bodies' policies, as is the wording of the French rubrics used. A glossary of French rubrics is provided to allow students to familiarize themselves thorougly with the instructions they will be asked to follow.
