About The Author
Jane Peyton is the founder of the School of Booze, an expert in all types of alcoholic drinks and their non-alcohol equivalent, writer, broadcaster, and public speaker. She is accredited through the Institute of Brewing & Distilling, and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. She was the UKs first accredited cider sommelier, Britain's first Beer Sommelier of the Year, and is a former Drinks Educator of the Year. Jane received a Lifetime Achievement Award for her work in beer from Britains Parliamentary Beer Group. She is the author of fourteen non-fiction books including The Philosophy of Beer, Cider Knowledge Box, Wine Knowledge Box, The Philosophy of Gin, and The Philosophy of Cocktails. Jane also writes fiction under the pen name B.A. Summer.
