Mark McGregor, CCNP, CCDA, CCAI, is the regional coordinator for the Cisco Networking Academy Program at Los Medanos College, in Pittsburg, CA. He has taught in the Academy program since 1997, and currently works for Cisco Systems World Wide Education on Academy-related projects. Mark holds a bachelors degree in English from the University of California, Davis and has been a technical reviewer and contributor for Cisco Press since 1998.
