Michael and Quinn have been playing piano duets and concertizing since 1996. To celebrate the English-Speaking Union’s centenary in 2018, they performed “Rach and Bach” with the LPO: Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto, No. 2 (Quinn) and Bach Piano Concerto, No. 5 (Michael). During the pandemic in 2020 they teamed up with The Electric Y’at Quartet for outdoor performances of piano concertos of Mozart, No.12 (Michael) and Chopin, No. 1 (Quinn) as “Mo and Cho.” In 2022, the two recorded movements of their concertos in New York and Guanajuato Mexico.
