Yara N. Farah, Ph.D., has worked for the past 13 years in the field of education. She has a doctorate in educational psychology from Baylor University and a master's degree in special education (mild to moderate) from California State University, Northridge.

Susan K. Johnsen, Ph.D., is professor emerita of the Department of Educational Psychology at Baylor University.
