ECCOMAS, the European Community on Computational Methods in Applied Sciences, is formed by National or European Societies and Organizations. ECCOMAS' primary mission is to promote the exchange of information between Research and Industry. The first volume features the papers presented at the 1998 4th International Conference on Computational Fluid Dynamics in Athens Greece, and include: the proceedings, invited lectures, and special technological sessions. The second volume features the invited lectures and special technological sessions from the conference.
