This handbook is an essential guide to overcoming the challenges posed by Vitiligo by providing a tailored solution. Vitiligo is a complex range of pigmentation disorders impacting millions worldwide. The book enables healthcare professionals to efficiently deliver precise, evidence-based care for Vitiligo, drawing from the most recent research and clinical insights in an accessible format.

Divided into five sections covering basic science to surgical therapy for the condition, Section I unveils the fundamentals from the genesis of melanocytes to the complex web of genetics and epidemiology. It also navigates the pathogenesis and histopathology, unveiling the mechanics of repigmentation. Meanwhile, Section II delves into clinical intricacies, interpreting classifications, clinical features, and the natural course of Vitiligo. Section III explains cutting-edge medical therapies, from topical approaches to innovative biological interventions. The surgical odyssey in Section IV provides insights into patient selection, grafting methods, and associated complications. The book also covers some special topics in Section V, ranging from depigmentation strategies to childhood vitiligo.

The book is relevant for dermatologists, researchers, healthcare professionals, and postgraduate and medical students interested in Vitiligo and its management.
