K Sripad Bhat is Professor of English and Dean of Shenoi Goembab School of Languages and Literature at Goa University, India. His areas of specialization are literary and critical theory, cultural studies, and Indian modernity. He was Visiting Professor at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada in 2012 and was also invited by New York University under the Visiting Faculty Programme (2012) to deliver a talk on Gandhis Hind Swaraj.
