Armin Scheuer is a senior executive, entrepreneur and thought leader in digital health, specializing in advancing digital maturity in healthcare systems. He is the CEO & Founder of Lemonmint, a growth consultancy that empowers organizations to accelerate digital health transformation. As Vice President and Executive Director EMEA for HIMSS, Armin spearheaded digital health initiatives across Europe and the Middle East, including the worlds largest digital maturity assessment of Germany's hospital sector. In his career spanning more than 15 years, he also founded Europes first eHealth Communications firm and worked with leading technology firms to drive innovation in healthcare.





Jörg Studzinski is a recognized thought leader in digital health development, analytics, and maturity assessment. He is a member of the German government's Interoperability Council - a think tank dedicated to developing the national agenda for health data exchange and the use of standards in Germany. In July 2024, he joined the University Hospital of Leipzig as Head of IT Project Management. Previously, he supported the digital transformation of the Agaplesion hospital system. As Director of Research and Advisory Services at HIMSS, he has supported and validated dozens of the world's digitally leading hospitals and government agencies on their health transformation journeys. This includes leading the development of the DigitalRadar maturity model and assessment methodology, the largest assessment of hospital digital maturity to date.
