Robin Rice is Data Librarian at EDINA and Data Library, an organisation providing data services for research and education based in Information Services at the University of Edinburgh. John Southall is Data Librarian for the Bodleian Libraries at the University of Oxford. He is based in the Social Science Library and is subject consultant for Economics, Sociology and Social Policy & Intervention. Marcia Lei Zeng is Professor of Library and Information Science at Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. She holds a PhD from the School of Information Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh and an MA from Wuhan University in China. Her scholarly publications consist of more than 80 papers and five books, as well as over 200 national and international conference presentations and invited lectures. Jian Qin is Professor at the School of Information Studies, Syracuse University. Dr Qin holds a PhD degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MLIS from the University of Western Ontario. She has published more than 60 papers and has given presentations at numerous national and international conferences and workshops. Graham Pryor is an Information Management Consultant with the Amor Group, a Lockheed Martin company, having previously held senior positions with the Digital Curation Centre (DCC), University of Aberdeen and BP Exploration. His principal interest is in the behavioural issues that influence and determine data management strategies in both the private and public sectors. Gillian Oliver is an academic at the School of Information Management, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Her PhD is from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. Her research interests centre on organisational culture, and the influences this has on the way that information is managed. She is the co-author of Records Management and Information Culture (Facet 2014) and a Co-editor in Chief of the journal Archival Science. Ross Harvey is Adjunct Professor at RMIT University and the University of South Australia.
