Globally most farmers are considered small scale. For some time, small scale farmers have been ignored. But, with the realization that they play a major role in poverty eradication and achieving food security in both developing and developed countries, governments and stakeholders have put in place measures to promote it. This book looks at some profitable small-scale farm enterprises that different stakeholders promote and how to carry them out profitably.
