The book collects articles of Woan Fei, a Singapore journalist who was stationed in Taiwan shared her interview experience with important person in Taiwan, for eg Ma Yingjiu, Wang Dan, Li Ao etc. Also, her interviews with others also reflected her thought to her homeland.
