Discusses frameworks for understanding a functional construct of agro-food innovation and farming. Covers topics related to regenerative agriculture and farming that can be used in both organic and conventional farms. Details eco-technologies in the agrifood industry, and eco-technologies for water-reuse in agricultural irrigation, and more.

This new volume covers conceptual frameworks for understanding a functional construct of agro-food innovation and farming. It also discusses a diverse selection of topics related to regenerative agriculture and farming that lead to practices that can be useful on both organic and conventional farms.

The volume first looks at eco-technologies in the agrifood industry, such as the production of bacterial metabolites against phytopathogenic fungi as an alternative in food preservation, how food affects gut microbiota, the role of probiotic rhizobacteria in agriculture, and nanocellulose-based composites in the food industry. The authors also explore eco-technologies for water-reuse in agricultural irrigation, such as novel techniques for using microalgae and nanotechnology. Other topics include eco-friendly farming practices to ensure sustainability and various ways to limit agricultural soil and air pollution in farming systems.

1. Production of Bacterial Metabolites Against Phytopathogenic Fungi as
an Alternative in Food Preservation.
2. Influence of Food and Its Processing
on Composition of Gut Microbiota.
3. Role of Probiotic Rhizobacteria on
Sustainable Agriculture and Environment.
4. Potential Utilization of
Nanocellulose-Based Composites in the Food Industry.
5. Coexistence of Metal
Carboxylates and Hydroxides from Hemp Seed Oil as Sustainable Materials for
Industrial Applications.
6. Biopolymers in Wastewater Treatment: Harnessing
Sustainable Approaches for Environmental Remediation.
7. The Sustainable
Applications of Nanocellulose-Based 3D Printing Technologies.
8. A
