Xinghua Huang graduated from Northeast Agricultural University in 1988 with masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, and served as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor of Northeast Agricultural University from 1989 to 1997, Division Head and Associate Director-General of Shanghai Landscaping and City Appearance Administrative Bureau from 1998 to 2011, Associate President of Shanghai Dianji University from 2011 to 2018, and Associate Chairman of Shanghai Association for Science and Technology from 2018 to 2022. His research area is design and management of Environmental Sanitation Machinery. He is the Honorary Chairman of Chinese Construction Machinery Society, and founder and Chairman of Environmental Sanitation Branch of Chinese Construction Machinery Society.
Xie Weixian served as Senior Engineer and Associate Division Head of Shanghai Landscaping and City Appearance Administrative Bureau from 1985 to 2016. His research area is management of Environmental Sanitation Machinery
Dr. Jinliang Sheng graduated from Tongji University in 1988 with masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, and served as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor of Tongji University and Deputy Director of Ministry of Construction Tongji University Joint Environmental Sanitation Machinery Research Institute from 1989 to 2022. His research area is technology and design of Waste Transfer Machinery. He is the Deputy Chairman of Environmental Sanitation Branch of Chinese Construction Machinery Society.
Qiu Jiang is the Chairman of Shanghai Environmental Sanitation Engineering Design Institute. His research area is consulting and design of Municipal Sanitation Machinery. He is the Deputy Chairman of National Technical Committee on Municipal Sanitation (TC451).
Qi Zhou is the Deputy Chairman of Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. His research area is technology and design of Municipal Sanitation Machinery.
