Dr. Siddhartha Bhattacharyya [ FIET(UK), FIEI, FIETE, LFOSI, SMIEEE, SMACM, SMAAIA, SMIETI, LMCSI, LMISTE] is currently serving as a senior researcher in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of VSB Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic. He also serves as the scientific advisor of Algebra University College, Zagreb, Croatia. Before this, he served as the principal of Rajnagar Mahavidyalaya, Rajnagar, Birbhum. He served as a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Christ University, Bangalore. He was the principal of RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata, India. He has also served as a senior research scientist in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of VSB Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic. He has co-edited 106 books, co-authored 06 books, and published over 400 articles in journals, conference proceedings, and books.





Dr. Jyoti Sekhar Banerjee is currently serving as HoD in the CSE (AI and ML) Department at the Bengal Institute of Technology, Kolkata, India, and remote researcher in the ITHACA Lab at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Western Macedonia, Kozani, Greece.  Additionally, he is also a professor-in-charge, R & D and Consultancy Cell, and Nodal Officer of the IPR Cell of BIT. He is the former remote research fellow of the Cognitive Computing and Brain Informatics Research Group at Nottingham Trent University, UK. Dr. Banerjee did his post-doctoral fellowship at NTU, UK, in the Department of Computer Science. He also completed the P.G. Diploma in IPR and TBM from MAKAUT, West Bengal. He has teaching and research experience spanning 20 years and has completed one IEI-funded project.  He is the present secretary-cum-treasurer of the ISTE WB Section and Secretary of the IETE, Kolkata Centre.





Mario Köppen studied Physics at the Humboldt University of Berlin and received his Masters degree in Solid-State Physics in 1991. He has published over 150 peer-reviewed papers in conference proceedings, journals, and books and was active in the organization of various conferences as a chair or member of the program committee, including the WSC online conference series on soft computing in industrial applications, and the HIS conference series on hybrid intelligent systems. He is the founding member of the World Federation of Soft Computing and since 2016 editor-in-chief of its Elsevier Applied Soft Computing Journal.





Somen Nayak received the BCA degree from the University of Burdwan, the MCA degree from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, and the M.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University. Presently, he is pursuing Ph.D. from the National Institute of Technology, Arunachal Pradesh. He is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Application, at Chandigarh University, Mohali, India. Before joining CU, he was an assistant professor and head of the Department in the Department of Computer Application, at University of Engineering & Management, Jaipur, India. He is serving as the managing editor of the American Journal of Advanced Computing (AJAC), Smart Society, USA. Currently, he is serving as the convener of ICHCSC 2022, 2023, and 2024; GCAIA 2021 and AAIDS 2024. He is an active member of the IEEE Computer Intelligence Society.





Dr. Jan Platos is a professor at the Department of Computer Science and the Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, VSB-TUO, Czech Republic. He has co-authored more than 240 scientific articles published in proceedings and journals. His primary fields of interest are machine learning, artificial intelligence, industrial data processing, text processing, data compression, bioinspired algorithms, information retrieval, data mining, data structures, and data prediction.
