Professor Neittaanmäki has more than 30 years of experience in scientific computing. From 1988 to 2019, he worked as a professor in the field of numerical analysis and its applications at the University of Jyväskylä. In 2019, he was appointed a UNESCO professor in the field of digital platforms for four years.
