Nguyen Hoang Thuan is Senior Lecturer and Senior Program Manager for the Digital Business program in the Business School, RMIT University Vietnam. Before joining RMIT University Vietnam, Thuan worked as Head of Software Engineering Department (FIT) at Can Tho University of Technology, Vietnam. Thuan has a Ph.D. from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. His research interests are crowdsourcing, design science research, digital business, and information modeling. Dr Duy Dang-Pham is a Senior Lecturer in The Business School (TBS), RMIT Vietnam. Dr. Dang-Pham is also HDR Coordinator and Designated Authority, leading and mentoring both Ph.D. candidates and supervisors to pursue the universitys HDR priorities and contributing to developing school-specific HDR strategies. Prior to joining TBS, Dr. Dang-Pham was the Senior Program Manager for the Bachelor of Information Technology and Bachelor of Engineering (Software Engineering) in the School of Science, Engineering, and Technology at RMIT Vietnam. Hoanh-Su Le is Dean of Faculty of Information Systems at UEL, Vietnam National University. Q. Pham Tuan is Associate Professor at The University of Hong Kong Business School.
