Dan Abnett is the author of the Horus Heresy novels The Unremembered Empire, Know No Fear and Prospero Burns, the last two of which were both New York Times bestsellers. He has written almost fifty novels, including the acclaimed Gaunt's Ghosts series, and the Eisenhorn and Ravenor trilogies. He scripted Macragge's Honour, the first Horus Heresy graphic novel, as well as numerous audio dramas and short stories set in the Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer universes. He lives and works in Maidstone, Kent.
Phil Winslade is a veteran of the industry. As well as his work for 2000 AD, his considerable talents as an artist have graced the pages of a variety of comics for DC, Vertigo and Marvel, including Batman, Daredevil, Goddess, Spider-Man and the legendary Steve Gerbers Howard the Duck and Nevada. As well as being the co-creator of Lawless, his work with the Galaxys Greatest Comic includes a story for Thargs Terror Tales, several Judge Dredd strips including a one-off Judge Dredd for Free Comic Book Day 2017.
