The connection between libraries and tourism is much more enduring and deeper than it seems at first glance. The book brings an innovative approach to this topic. The authors took as a starting point in their work the three functions of library activity in society (cultural, informative, educational). This approach describes well and in detail the nature and complexity of the overall relationship between libraries and tourism. It turns out that it is much broader than the fact that a library can be just a tourist attraction.
