Contributing to the large and well-developed theory of elliptic and sub-elliptic equations with rough data, Korobenko and colleagues initiate a study of the DeGiorgi regularity theory, as presented by Caffarelli-Vasseur, in the context of equations that are both infinitely degenerate elliptic and have rough data. They identify a number of surprises they encountered in the implementation of DeGiorgi iteration in the infinitely degenerate regime. After an introductory overview, they consider in turn abstract theory and geometric theory. Annotation ©2021 Ringgold, Inc., Portland, OR (protoview.com)
