Peer-reviewed papers from a September 2009 conference, including 32 regular papers and 90 short papers, are presented here in sections on management of e-commerce and e-government, data management and intelligence in e-commerce and e-government, enterprise management and information systems, logistics and supply chain management, mobile commerce and network technology in e-commerce, security of e-commerce and e-government, and multimedia and applications in e-commerce. Some specific areas investigated include clustering of triangle fuzzy numbers with multiple attributes, the effect of intellectual capital on firm performance, game analysis on upstream and downstream enterprises in the global value chain, and the application of particle swarm optimization based on clustering analysis in logistics distribution. Others subjects are value creation of supply chains in Chinese coal and power enterprises, verification of data-intensive web applications, a payment model for mobile phones based on third-party security, and security analysis of two remote user authentication schemes using bilinear pairings.
