Additionally, Oswin is an agile project management (Agile PM) certified professional and holds Praxis Practitioner, Better Business Cases Practitioner, and Change Management Practitioner certifications from APMG International.

Oswins academic achievements include three masters degrees: an MBA from Murdoch University, Australia; a Master of Applied Management from the Southern Institute of Technology, New Zealand; and a Master of Business (Finance) from Lincoln University, New Zealand. He has also completed a bachelors in applied management from Otago Polytechnic, New Zealand.
