A collection of nature folk tales
Dawn Casey (Author) Dawn's work is inspired by her deep love of nature, her respect for the tales of old, and her delight in the wonder of the world. Her collection The Barefoot Book of Earth Tales won the Gold Nautilus Award for books that 'support conscious living, green values, spiritual growth and positive social change.' Dawn lives with her family, on the South Downs of Sussex.

Anja Suanj (Illustrator) Anja is an illustrator working from a one-woman studio in Croatia. Anja's love of Slavic lore and nature has infused her artwork with whimsical details. Anja has worked for clients including Flying Eye Books, Nosy Crow, Magic Cat, DK, Ladybird Books and HuffPost. She was a finalist for Bologna Children's Book Fair 2025 Illustration Exhibition for her artwork in Nature Tales.
