Matthew Madaus is the Executive Director of The Behavioral Health Collaborative of Alameda County, an association of private, nonprofit behavioral health providers serving the highest needs and most vulnerable children, youth, and adults. The Collaborative is a fiscal project of Community Initiatives. Mr. Madaus is also the CEO of Madaus Consulting LLC, which provides behavioral health consultation to law firms and behavioral health organizations across the US and internationally.
