This book highlights the advanced properties, fabrication techniques, and multifunctional applications of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), a high-performance polymer known for its exceptional piezoelectric, pyroelectric, and ferroelectric properties. It provides a comprehensive exploration of PVDFs structural characteristics, synthesis methods, and modifications for enhanced functionalities. Covering diverse applications in energy harvesting, sensors, actuators, biomedical devices, and flexible electronics, the book bridges the gap between fundamental science and practical implementations. Special emphasis is given to the role of PVDF in sustainable technologies and next-generation electronic devices. This book serves as a valuable resource for researchers, professionals, and students working in materials science, nanotechnology, and polymer engineering.
