This book presents the proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Attosecond Physics (ATTO), one of the most important conferences series in the field of attoscience. ATTO 2017 was held in Xi’an, China, from July 2 to 7, 2017. These proceedings cover all the aspects of attosecond physics from sources and metrology to applications. Topics included are attosecond pulse generation and characterization; high-order harmonic generation and applications; ultrafast phenomena on attosecond and femtosecond timescales; next generation drivers for attosecond pulse and high-order harmonic generation; new sources and applications of coherent ultrafast XUV and X-rays, as well as time-resolved photon, electron, and ion spectroscopy.
TW-scale infrared fs laser with 100-mJ-order pulse energy by dual-chirped optical parametric amplification.- Future prospects of dual-chirped optical parametric amplification.- Attoclock Revisited.- Two-color laser field induced ionization of aligned N2 molecules.
Zhiyi Wei got his PhD from Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, CAS in 1991. He joined IOP CAS in 1997 and was promoted to professor in 1999. He is the committee member of IUPAP C2, MPC-AS, ACUIL and He was elected OSA Fellow in 2016. His research interests include ultrashort pulse laser generation, amplification, synchronization, frequency expansion and the measurement and control of carrier envelope phase. He has published more than 200 SCI articles with more than 3800 citations.
