Dr. Narendra D. Londhe is presently working as Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering of National Institute of Technology Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. He completed his B.E. from Amravati University in 2000 followed by M.Tech. and Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee in the years 2006 and 2011, respectively. He has 16 years of rich experience in academics and research. He has published more than 170 articles in recognized journals, conferences, and books. His main areas of research include medical signal and image processing, biomedical instrumentation, speech signal processing, biometrics, intelligent healthcare, braincomputer interface, artificial intelligence, and pattern recognition. Dr. Londhe has also led and contributed to several funded research projects and holds patents in biometric and EEG-based systems. His work bridges engineering innovation and impactful real-world applications. He has been awarded by organizations like Taiwan Society of Ultrasound in Medicine, Ultrasonics Society of India, IEEE IAS, and NIT Raipur. He is an active member of different recognized societies from his areas of research including senior membership of IEEE.



Chinmoy Kar is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Techno International New Town (TINT), Kolkata, India. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science with a specialization in Tropical Cyclone Intensity Estimation using Artificial Intelligence and Image Processing Techniques. Dr. Kar's research interests span across Medical Image and Video Analysis, Remote Sensing Applications, AI-Driven Disaster Management, and Computer Vision, including facial expression and gesture recognition. He has contributed to various peer-reviewed journals and international conferences, and he remains actively engaged in collaborative and interdisciplinary research. Dr. Kar also contributes as a reviewer in various national and international journals.



Simon James Fong graduated from La Trobe University in Australia with a First-Class Honours BEng degree in Computer Systems and a PhD in Computer Science in 1993 and 1998, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer and Information Science at the University of Macau and a Senior Visiting Scholar at Tsinghua University, Beijing. Prior to joining the University of Macau, he served as an Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Engineering at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Dr. Fong has published over 500 peer-reviewed international conference and journal papers, primarily in the areas of medical applications and data mining. He actively serves as a SIG Chair for IEEE ComSoc e-Health and as Editor-in-Chief of the Medical Data Mining journal.
