Ian I. Mitroff is a Senior Investigator in the Center for Catastrophic Risk Management at University of California Berkeley (USA). He is also Professor Emeritus at the University of Southern California, where he was the Harold Quinton Distinguished Professor of Business Policy at the Marshall School of Business. He is the President of the consulting firm Mitroff Crisis Management, and is regarded as one of the founders of the discipline of crisis management. He founded and directed the USC Center for Crisis Management. Known for his thinking and writing on a wide range of business and societal issues, Dr. Mitroff is the author of over 38 books. Ralph H. Kilmann is CEO and Senior Consultant at Kilmann Diagnostics (KD) in Newport Coast, California. In this capacity, he has created, as well as produced all of KDs online courses and assessment tools on conflict management, change management, expanding consciousness, and quantum transformation. Formerly, he was George H.Love Professor of Organizations and Management at the Katz School of Business, University of Pittsburgh (USA). Dr. Kilmann is an internationally recognized authority on systems change. He has published more than twenty books and one hundred articles on such subjects as conflict management, organizational design, problem management, change management, and quantum organizations.
