Dr. V. K. Jain is Distinguished Scientist and Professor. He has completed his Ph.D. in Solid State Physics from IIT Delhi in 1970. He joined the Solid State Physics Laboratory in 1972 and worked there till 2003, where he was Head of the silicon devices and Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) division and developed many new technologies. Among these technologies, a few have been transferred to industries. His research interests are in the areas of solar energy, thermal heat storage system, sensors, biosensors, water purification, etc.  

Sunita Rattan is Professor and Director, Amity Institute of Applied Sciences, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida. Her research interests include polymer grafting, ion beam modifications, stimulus-responsive polymeric membranes, sensors, nanomaterials and nanocomposites.  

Dr. Abhishek Verma obtained his Ph.D. in Electronic Science from Delhi University in 2009. He further joined the National University of Singapore, as a postdoc in the area of solar cells. Presently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at Amity University Uttar Pradesh, India. His areas of interest are organic and inorganic 3rd generation solar cells, nano-enhanced phase change materials, agrivoltaics, clean energy generation, quantum dots and sensors.
