Responsible Care is an ethical standard developed by the Canadian Chemical Producers Association. This volume describes the program, investigates whether adherence to it by the international chemical supply chain could have prevented a serious loss of life in Haiti, presents a case study of a small Canadian company using the standard for more than 25 years, and summarizes a May 2010 workshop on the standard.
