JON MOORE is a certified personal trainer who lives to help clients reach new goals. He has authored multiple books, including Power Habits and The Workout Journal, in the hopes of showing that strength of body and mind doesn't have to be hard to be achievable. He resides just outside of Wilmington, North Carolina.
