Dr. Elham Maghsoudi Nia obtained her PhD in 2019 from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS in Civil Engineering in Malaysia. Her interest is promoting sustainable and energy efficiency technologies in buildings. Currently, she has joined TU Delft Faculty of Architecture in the Netherlands as a researcher focusing on energy efficient retrofitting of buildings.
Dr. Mokhtar Awang is a Professional Engineer and an Associate Professor at Universiti Teknologi Brunei, Brunei Darussalam. He is also a Chartered Engineer with Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology, UK (IMarEST). He obtained his PhD from West Virginia University, WV, USA. Mokhtar Awang had 6 years of experience in industry and over 20 years of academic experience in the field of finite element modeling and friction stir welding.
Dr. Indra Komara is a distinguished researcher and lecturer in structural engineering at Institut Teknologi Adhi Tama Surabaya (ITATS), specializing in structural reliability, fiber structures, and polymer applications. His research encompasses Engineered Cementitious Composites (ECC), autonomous durability monitoring systems using IoT technology, and sustainable infrastructure solutions, resulting in multiple patents in structural health monitoring and concrete technology.
Dr. Anjerick Topacio is a distinguished researcher in civil engineering at Lyceum of the Philippines University-Cavite Campus, with expertise spanning geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, materials engineering, and structural dynamics. His research encompasses advanced foundation systems including drilled shafts and rock-socketed pile foundations, contributing to internationally recognized databases that analyze foundation behavior across global construction sites.
