Shelter Me is the true story of Monkey, an unadoptable pit bull mix dog, told from his own perspective, as he goes from bait dog in a fighting ring, to working dog. This is a story about loneliness and leadership, about differences between being a dog and being a human, and about meeting each other in the middle.
