Antonios Botonakis is a musicologist, a postdoctoral researcher at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Center for Late Antique and Byzantine Studies (GABAM) at Koç University in Istanbul, and a faculty member at Hellenic Mediterranean University in Greece. Nikos Maliaras is professor of the history of musical instruments at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Greece. Christian Troelsgård is associate professor of Greek and Latin philology at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark. Merve Özklç is an archaeologist and an editor and project coordinator at GABAM.
