Full of rich pictures and engaging storytelling, this inspiring collection helps brings the Old Testament to life for children.
From the creation of the world and the story of Noah's Art to tales of King Solomon and John the Baptist, the stories strike a perfect balance between maintaining accuracy while also including vivid additions which help young readers feel more connected to the events.
Suitable for pupils in Class 3 (9-10 years) in the Steiner-Waldorf curriculum, this an excellent reader for a class to share or for pupils to enjoy individually. Previously published as three separate readers: And There Was Light, Journey to the Promised Land and We Will Build a Temple.
