Devendra Kumar, PhD, is currently working as Assistant Professor at the College of Biotechnology, DUVASU, Mathura, India. He had qualified ICAR-SRF, ICAR-ASRB NET, UPTET, CTET, REET, and OST_AWES. With over five years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Kumar specializes in agricultural biotechnology. His current areas of research are abiotic stress tolerance, hydroponics, plant tissue culture, gene expression, and plant breeding. His research portfolio includes three authored books, one edited book, seven book chapters, 14 research papers, three review articles, five lab manuals, and nine magazine articles. He has completed two university-funded research projects, holds three utility patents, and reviews manuscripts for national and international journals. Dr. Kumar has participated in over 30 seminars and completed more than 14 faculty development programs. His accolades include ERDA Excellence in Research Award (2024), Subharti Young Achiever Award (2023), Young Scientist Award (2021), InSc Research Excellence Award (2021), and Young Achiever Award (2019). He is a lifetime member of several scientific organizations, including BRSI, ERDA, and ATDS. Beyond academics, he has organized over 10 conferences and workshops, delivered guest lectures, and conducted training sessions. Dr. Kumars contributions highlight his dedication to agricultural biotechnology, education, and scientific advancement.
Alok Kumar Singh, PhD, is a Research Fellow, in the Division of Genomic Resources at the ICAR-National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources, New Delhi, India. He has published many books, book chapters, research articles, popular articles, and abstracts and has attended conferences, training sessions, and workshops of national and international repute. He has three years of research experience as a Junior Research Assistant in the Department of Agricultural Biotechnology, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, Meerut, India. He has received various awards from prestigious societies for his outstanding contribution and recognition in the field of agricultural biotechnology. Dr. Singh is also a member of national and international agricultural professional societies. He was awarded his PhD in Plant Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering from Acharya Narendra Deva University of Agriculture & Technology, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Nisha Malik, PhD, is currently working as Assistant Professor in College of Biotechnology, DUVASU, Mathura, India. Dr. Malik have more than five years of teaching and research experience in the field of molecular biology and biotechnology, molecular markers, and plant tissue culture for crop improvement. Dr. Malik has published several research papers, review papers, book chapter, books, and popular articles with publishers of repute. She has received several scientific honors and appreciations from prestigious societies at conferences. She had organized several conferences and seminars and worked as an organizing committee member for hands-on training programs and workshops. Dr. Malik is also a member of national and international scientific professional societies.
