The book deals with the detailed biochemistry of cellular respiration in a clear step-by-step format. It is designed to be used by undergraduate students (as well as teachers) as a resource text. The main advantage over the standard biological texts is that the authors are able to treat the subject in the depth required to make it clear and easily understood. The other standard texts are usually overly concise and superficial.
