Results of the original investigations by the authors in the field of electron-vibrational processes and states of the electron-hole-phonon systems are represented from the unified standpoint and applied for the analysis of diverse physical phenomena in the multilayer planar, cylindrical, and spherical structures and in the planar superlattices.
