Scott Basham has worked as an author, training consultant and software developer for over 18 years. His experience of business training spans most of this time, and includes running a training department for a global software publisher. He has written and delivered both standard and customised courses for many clients including IBM, Sony, Compaq, Hewlett Packard and Deutsche Bank. Many of these are run on-site: mostly in the U.S. but also in Europe, Africa and the Far East. His time as a College and University lecturer has given him experience with a variety of training levels and requirements, as well as different styles and approaches to training. Scott is the author of the successful earlier editions of Word in easy steps.
