'If youre feeling lost this book is for you.' Jo Emerson - The UKs leading confidence coach   Take control of your future with five proven rules to negotiate life on your terms.    In todays fast-changing world, life is more uncertain than ever. The old road maps do not seem to work and many people are questioning what success really means. In moments like these, the ability to understand ourselves, define our dreams and negotiate our path forward is not a luxury: it is a necessity.     Luckily, Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at University College London, Dr Sunny Lee, can help you achieve these goals with five essential rules:

Rule 1: Own your goals by identifying what success means to you and building a Goal Algorithm to prioritise decisions.  Rule 2: Master smart give-and-take by learning how to make strategic trade-offs and creating win-win outcomes.  Rule 3: Leverage your plan B by strengthening alternatives so you can walk away from bad deals without fear.  Rule 4: Manage ego to win what matters. Stay focused on interests, not pride, using the IRPIR model.  Rule 5: Play the long game by building trust and relationships that develop over time.

Packed with real-life examples and practical exercises you can use immediately, this book is your DIY manual for navigating pay-rise conversations, setting boundaries, planning career moves and much, much more.    Turn obstacles into leverage and build a life that works on your terms with Your Next Move.
