Dr Richard M. Walker is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of City and Regional Planning at Cardiff University. He has extensive research experience in the fields of housing and public management and is an active member of the Centre for Housing Management and Development and the Local and Regional Government Research Unit. Dr Emma Jeanes is a Lecturer in the School of Business and Economics at Exeter University. She has research experience in public sector management including work on the role of clinical director in the NHS and innovation in social housing. Robert Rowlands is a Research Assistant in the Centre for Housing Management and Development at Cardiff University. In addition to his work on the management of social housing he is interested in young people and housing.
